Karaman Bakers, Pastry Makers, Restaurateurs and Food Producers Chamber (KB) is a regional professional association representing bakeries, pastry shops, restaurants and food-producing enterprises across Karaman Province, Türkiye. The Chamber acts as a sectoral representative body for local food businesses and works to strengthen cooperation between enterprises, public authorities and educational institutions.
KB supports its members through sectoral representation, training and collaborative initiatives focused on food safety, quality standards, vocational development and sustainable business practices. By helping local enterprises improve professional capacity and respond to changing sector needs, the Chamber contributes to the competitiveness and resilience of Karaman’s food-service and food-production ecosystem.
The Chamber also contributes to preserving traditional food heritage while encouraging innovation and skills development within the agri-food and hospitality sectors. Within RestaCOVE, KB contributes the perspective of local food enterprises and sector professionals to the partnership. Its involvement supports stronger cooperation between vocational education and businesses, engagement with food-sector stakeholders, and the promotion of professional skills, food safety, sustainable food practices, green skills and the transfer of project results into real working environments.
