ENAIP Impresa Sociale is a social enterprise operating in vocational education, training and employment services across Lazio, Campania and Puglia in Italy. With almost sixty years of experience, the organisation combines strong local roots with close cooperation with public administrations and the labour market, using training as a driver for personal development, employability and territorial growth.
Its activities include initial vocational education and training, including dual training, higher technical education, job-oriented training, lifelong learning, reskilling and upskilling. ENAIP also develops dedicated activities for people with disabilities, migrants, young people at risk of marginalisation and other disadvantaged groups, while supporting workers and businesses in developing competences linked to innovative and emerging markets.
The Foggia Training Centre provides practical education for the hospitality and catering sector through a 180 m² technical kitchen laboratory designed around workplace safety, hygiene, food preparation and waste-management requirements. The facility supports the complete food-production workflow and integrates advanced technologies including cook-and-chill systems, blast chilling, vacuum packing and digitally controlled cooking equipment with remote monitoring capabilities.
Within RestaCOVE, ENAIP contributes its extensive VET experience, practical catering-training capacity and expertise in skills development. Its involvement helps connect vocational learning with real workplace practices and supports the development of professional, green and digital competences for sustainable collective catering and food-service operations.
