Institution Bio
ANIR Confindustria is the National Association of Collective Catering Companies. It represents the companies belonging to the collective canteen food services, by doing the interests of the participating actors in the supply chain and the stakeholders who support its development.
Within the Confindustria representation system, ANIR acts as the main national trade association, strengthening its oversight, dialogue and policy proposal on issues affecting the industry.
The Association supports the growth of collective catering through representation activities, institutional dialogue, associate member services, research and initiatives. Due to the high responsibilities of monitoring it holds, ANIR contributes to the main policy areas shaping the development of the food sector: service quality, economic sustainability, innovation, labour, procurement, supply chains and public food.
ANIR Confindustria mission is to promote new innovative and sustainable business models, capable of generating growth, quality and collective well-being, thanks to the guidance of its chaired president, Massimo Piacenti.
