A new learning experience for a more sustainable future in collective catering is taking shape!

We are currently developing the RestaCOVE e-learning platform, an innovative learning environment designed to support vocational education and training (VET) in the collective catering and restaurant sectors.

Through this platform, learners and professionals will be able to access educational resources, develop new skills, explore sustainable practices and strengthen their knowledge in areas such as food sustainability, resource efficiency, innovation and quality in catering services.

Our learning environment is being developed through the integration of Moodle and a dedicated digital learning platform, bringing together educational content, interactive learning opportunities and practical tools in one place.
